XOCOACH.AI is an AI-powered coaching platform that provides professional coaching activities, training drills, session plans, and game-time advice for sports coaches, instructors, and PE teachers. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate customized coaching resources across 200+ sports and fitness activities for athletes of all ages (youth U6-U18 and adults). The Service is designed to be used by coaches, instructors, PE teachers, and sports organizations working with youth and adult participants.
To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account using Google, Microsoft, or Apple authentication. You are responsible for:
Coach Responsibility: Coaches, instructors, and organizations using XOCOACH.AI are responsible for:
Sports Organization Use: Schools, clubs, and sports organizations must ensure coaches using XOCOACH.AI have appropriate qualifications, DBS checks, and safeguarding training as required by their governing bodies.
XOCOACH.AI generates content FOR COACHES, not directly for athletes. Coaches remain professionally responsible for how they use and adapt this content with their participants.
Free Tier: Users receive 2 FREE activities upon creating an account. After the free activities, users must upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating content.
Subscription Plans:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided once content has been generated. However, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@xoai.cloud for refund requests.

License to Use Service: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for professional coaching, educational, and organizational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
